Same Day Assessment Scheme
Urgent cases will always be dealt with on the day, by either the GP or nurse Practitioner, therefore you will be asked to leave details with the receptionist, including telephone number, and the GP or nurse Practitioner will ring you back to assess the urgency within 2 hours.
This system does not affect the routine pre-bookable appointments. You will still be able to book them in the usual way.
