REPEAT PRESCRIPTION ORDERING
All orders for repeat prescriptions will be ready for collection from the surgery 2 working days after they are ordered.
For example if a request is received Monday before 4:00 pm the prescription will be ready to collect from the surgery on Wednesday after 1:00 pm.
If however, you collect your prescription at Boots or the Coop then it will be ready for collection from the pharmacy 3 working days after it was ordered.
For example if a request is received Monday before 4:00pm the prescription will be ready to collect from your chosen pharmacy on Thursday after 1:00 pm.
We hope that you will notice no other difference to the service; and will find that the practice can better serve your needs in the future, by implementing these changes.
